Cancellation Policy
No Call/ No Show
-If you do not call/text to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service(s) originally scheduled.
Credit Card Required
-A credit card is require to be kept on file to schedule any long color/ blonding appointment. We require atleast 24 hours notice to CANCEL OR MAKE ANY CHANGES to an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled.
Late Policy
- Please if you are going to be late to your appointment, call and let me know, I ask if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late that we reschedule your appointment so it does not affect other clients appointments.
